What is Certegy Ezi-Pay Express?

A continuing credit payment plan that lets you purchase goods or services today, by paying an initial deposit, with the remaining balance being conveniently direct debited fortnightly. There is a simple application, no invasive questions and fast approval times. Best of all there is NO INTEREST EVER!*

What are the setup fees and charges for an Ezi-Pay Express plan?

When you make your initial purchase, Certegy will open an Account for you. With this initial purchase, you will pay a once off establishment fee between $35 and $80 to set up your account, which is payable over the term of the plan. The Account will provide you access to online information about your purchase(s), credit schedules, access to our 1800 customer call in the facility and other benefits. There is a monthly account keeping fee of $ 2.90 which will be direct debited whilst your account remains active.

Are there any other charges?

There is a $2.50 payment processing fee to process each repayment. Please remember that your payment plan is NO INTEREST EVER!* Please refer to the "Terms and Conditions" in store for further details.

Can I make multiple purchases?

Can I close my Account and are there any charges?

Once your purchase(s) have been paid in full and your account balance is zero you can cancel via written notice to Certegy. There are NO additional fees for closing your Account or paying out early.

What do I need to apply for a payment plan?

The easiest way to get a pre-approval is to have a:

1. Driver’s license or aged or veteran’s card ( No driver’s license go to section B).

2. A bank account that can be directly debited and is under the applicant’s name. Joint accounts are accepted but will require two signatures.

3. Full or permanent part-time job with at least 30 hours per week ( No employment or less than 30 hours per week please go to section C).

Mandatory requirements The applicant must be a:
  • Australian permanent Resident.
  • Be 18 years of age
Section B

No driver’s license or veteran’s card.

Please provide the following documents:

  • A copy of a recent utility bill.
  • A copy of the last 2 months bank statement.
  • A copy of 2 recent payslips.
  • A copy of another form of identification.
Section C

Self-funded retiree.

Please provide the following documents:

  • A copy of a recent utility bill.
  • A copy of the last 2 months bank statement.
  • A copy of superannuation statement.
  • A copy of driver’s license ( if none please provide another form of ID).

Part-time employment -30 hours per week.

Please provide the following documents:

  • A copy of a recent utility bill.
  • A copy of the last 2 months bank statement.
  • A copy of 2 recent payslips.
  • A copy of driver’s license ( if none please provide another form of ID).

Carer’s pension/widow’s pension/disability pension.

Please provide the following documents:

  • A copy of a recent utility bill.
  • A copy of the last 2 months bank statement.
  • A copy of recent pension statement.
  • A copy of driver’s license.

Centrelink / student allowance.

Please provide the following documents:

  • a copy of recent utility bill ( none in your name provide a supporting, letter ).

  • Although zipMoney's interest-free plan allows you to shop today without paying anything upfront - it is a loan and must be paid back. Failure to do so could affect your future credit rating.
  • zipMoney's payment plans are interest-free for up to 12 months, but please be aware that interest will start to accrue after the interest-free period. You can see your interest free balance, how long it is estimated to take to repay the loan and change your payment schedule in your digital wallet.

Once approved

If your application is approved, sign your contract online via the electronic signature solution, DocuSign. Our whole application process is paperless for your convenience.

Once your contract is signed, look out for your welcome pack in the mail followed by your Once card which is issued 5-7 days after the contracts are signed. Your PIN will be sent separately to your Once card.

Using your Once account
