The 1.25kg Olympic Rubber Weight Plates Pair, is made from a durable rubber material that protects flooring and reduces noise when lifting. Each plate in the pair weighs 1.25kg, and the pair together weighs 2.5kg.

You can combine the weight plates with other weight plates to achieve your desired weight for each lift, which enables you to gradually build strength and muscle over time.
